Welcome to PKR Beta. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and PKR Beta ("pkr beta", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website located at pkrbeta.bet. By registering an account, making a deposit or placing a bet or wager of any kind on pkr beta, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not register an account or use any part of the pkr beta platform. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pkr beta.

1 Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry the meanings defined below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
- Account means the personal account you create on the pkr beta platform to access betting and gaming services.
- Balance means the total of real money funds currently held in your pkr beta account, excluding any bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
- Bonus Funds means any promotional credits awarded to your account by pkr beta, which are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
- Deposit means any transfer of real money funds from your payment method into your pkr beta account.
- Platform means the pkr beta website at pkrbeta.bet, including all sports betting, casino, slot, ludo and live casino products accessible through that website.
- Wager / Bet means any stake placed by you on a sports betting market or casino game through the pkr beta platform.
- Withdrawal means a transfer of funds from your pkr beta account back to your nominated payment method.
- KYC means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process pkr beta uses to confirm your eligibility to hold an account.
- PKR means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which all transactions on pkr beta are conducted.
2 Eligibility & Registration
To register an account on pkr beta and use any of our services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. PKR Beta operates a strict under-18 policy and will close any account found to belong to a minor, with any balance forfeited.
- You must be a real person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Accounts registered on behalf of a third party, or operated at the direction of another person, are not permitted.
- You must provide accurate, complete and truthful personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
- You may hold only one account on pkr beta. If we detect more than one account belonging to the same individual — whether identified through name, CNIC, device fingerprint, payment method, IP address or any other indicator — we reserve the right to close all related accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
- You confirm that you are using pkr beta for personal entertainment purposes only and not for any commercial, professional or third-party purpose.
KYC Verification: PKR Beta may request identity documents (CNIC copy, selfie, proof of payment method) at any time during your account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified may result in account restrictions or closure. This process protects both you and the platform.
By registering, you declare that you are not currently subject to a self-exclusion or voluntary exclusion arrangement with pkr beta or any other gambling operator that would make your use of the platform a breach of that arrangement.
3 Account Security
Your pkr beta account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username, password and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
- Any bet placed, deposit made or withdrawal requested while you are logged into your account is considered to have been made by you, regardless of whether someone else accessed your account with or without your knowledge.
- If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify pkr beta immediately via Live Chat or support email. We will investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account pending resolution.
- PKR Beta will never contact you to request your password or full payment card details via email, SMS or chat. Any such request is fraudulent and should be reported to our support team.
- You are responsible for keeping the device you use to access pkr beta secure. We recommend using a PIN or biometric lock on your phone and logging out of your account when using a shared device.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
PKR Beta accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.
- Minimum deposit: Rs 200. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
- Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that you have previously used to deposit, unless you contact our support team to request an approved alternative.
- All funds deposited into your pkr beta account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments — deposits made from accounts belonging to another person — are not accepted and will be returned or forfeited.
- Withdrawals are processed same-day for Easypaisa and JazzCash requests submitted before 9 PM PKT. IBFT bank transfers arrive within 1 business day. Card withdrawals may take 1–3 working days depending on your bank.
- PKR Beta charges no platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside our control.
- We reserve the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, including KYC document requests. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is complete.
Important: Depositing with the intention to withdraw immediately without meaningful play — commonly referred to as bonus abuse or money cycling — is a breach of these Terms and will result in account investigation, possible closure and forfeiture of associated balances.
5 Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the pkr beta platform, including cricket, PSL, football, kabaddi and all other markets offered:
- Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be edited or cancelled unless pkr beta exercises a void or cancellation right under these Terms.
- Minimum single bet: Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by market, event type and your individual account history. Limits are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.
- PKR Beta reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a manifest pricing error has occurred — for example, where odds were clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error. Voided bets are refunded in full to your balance.
- In-play (live) markets may be suspended briefly during critical moments such as review decisions or no-ball disputes. Bets accepted before a suspension are settled at the confirmed odds. Bets cannot be placed during a suspension.
- Where an event is abandoned or results in a dead heat, pkr beta's event-specific rules apply. These are available within each market on the platform. In the absence of specific rules, bets are voided and stakes returned.
- Any attempt to exploit pricing errors, delayed data feeds or any form of arbitrage to gain a systematic advantage over pkr beta is a breach of these Terms. Bets placed as part of a systematic advantage strategy may be voided.
- PKR Beta does not accept bets placed by, or on behalf of, any individual with material inside knowledge of the event being bet on. Such bets will be voided and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
6 Casino & Game Rules
The following rules apply to all casino products available on pkr beta, including online casino, live casino, slot games, ludo and any other gaming product:
- All casino games offered on pkr beta use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently verified by authorised testing laboratories. The outcome of each game round is random and cannot be influenced by pkr beta or by the player.
- The Return to Player (RTP) percentages displayed for slot and casino games reflect the certified theoretical return as verified by independent auditors. Actual player returns in any individual session will vary.
- In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection or server error, pkr beta reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the stake to the player's balance. Where a game round has completed and a result has been communicated to the player prior to disconnection, that result stands.
- Minimum and maximum bet amounts for casino games are displayed within each game before play begins. These limits may vary by game title and provider.
- Demo mode is available on most slot titles for players who wish to try a game without wagering real money. Wins accrued in demo mode are not real and cannot be withdrawn.
- Live casino games are conducted by real human dealers in real time. Once a bet is placed and the dealer has announced "no more bets", it cannot be changed or withdrawn.
7 Bonuses & Promotions
PKR Beta offers welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, rebates and other promotions from time to time. Unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise, the following general bonus terms apply to all offers on pkr beta:
- Each promotion is available once per eligible player unless explicitly stated otherwise. Claiming the same promotion more than once using multiple accounts or payment methods constitutes bonus abuse.
- Bonus funds are credited to your account separately from your real money balance. Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement — the amount you must wager before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
- Where no specific wagering requirement is stated, a default of 20x the bonus amount applies to sports betting bonuses and 30x applies to casino bonuses on pkr beta.
- Wagering contributions vary by product: sports bets at full odds generally contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; casino table games typically contribute 10%–20%; slots typically contribute 100%. The exact contribution rates for a specific promotion are stated in that promotion's terms.
- PKR Beta reserves the right to withdraw, modify or expire any bonus offer at any time. If a bonus has already been credited to your account, the wagering requirement attached to it at the time of crediting continues to apply.
- Bonus winnings may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap per promotion. Where a cap applies, it is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Winnings above the cap are removed from the balance on withdrawal.
- Any attempt to systematically exploit bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk bet pairing, arbitrage using bonus funds, or coordinated bonus claiming across accounts — will result in bonus removal and may result in account closure.

8 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkr beta platform. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balance, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies:
- Registering more than one account, or registering an account in another person's name.
- Providing false identity, age or payment information during registration or KYC.
- Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
- Any form of match fixing, spot fixing or collusion involving events you are betting on.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other mechanical means to place bets, interact with games or exploit the platform.
- Attempting to gain access to another player's account without their knowledge or consent.
- Using hacking tools, VPN circumvention or any technical means to access services in a way not authorised by pkr beta.
- Depositing or withdrawing funds on behalf of third parties or using pkr beta for money laundering or financial crime.
- Harassing, threatening or abusing pkr beta staff or other players through any communication channel.
9 Account Suspension & Closure
PKR Beta may suspend or close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- You have breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
- We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal or harmful activity connected to your account.
- You have requested account closure under our Responsible Gaming tools (self-exclusion or cooling-off).
- You have not logged into your account for more than 12 consecutive months, in which case your account may be classified as inactive and nominal maintenance fees may apply after prior notice.
- We are required to do so by law, court order or regulatory direction.
Where your account is closed by pkr beta due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining — including both real money and bonus funds — may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where account closure is initiated by you voluntarily and no breach has occurred, your real money balance will be returned via your last used withdrawal method after any outstanding KYC requirements are met.
10 Responsible Gaming
PKR Beta is committed to providing a safe and sustainable entertainment environment. We take our responsible gaming obligations seriously and provide the following tools to all registered players at no cost and without any waiting period:
- Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
- Session time reminders — receive alerts after a specified time period in a session.
- Cooling-off periods — temporarily suspend your account for a period between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
- Self-exclusion — permanently close your account. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

11 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr beta's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:
- PKR Beta is not liable for any loss of funds resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
- We are not liable for technical failures, service interruptions or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control, including network outages, force majeure events or third-party system failures.
- We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the pkr beta platform, including lost profits or lost data.
- Our total aggregate liability to you for any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the amount of real money funds held in your account at the time the event giving rise to the claim occurred.
- Nothing in these Terms limits pkr beta's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
12 Privacy & Data
Your personal data is collected, stored and processed in accordance with pkr beta's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account on pkr beta, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
PKR Beta will not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data with payment processors, KYC verification providers and fraud prevention services only to the extent necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. We use SSL encryption across all data transmissions on the platform.
You have the right to request a copy of your personal data, to request correction of inaccurate data, and in certain circumstances to request deletion of your data. These requests can be submitted to our support team at support@pkrbeta.bet.
13 Amendments to These Terms
PKR Beta reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email to the address registered on their pkr beta account and display a notice on the platform for a reasonable period before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the pkr beta platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account and arrange withdrawal of any remaining real money balance.
Minor changes — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substance of any term — may be made without prior notice. The effective date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent update.
14 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the pkr beta platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which pkr beta operates.
Any dispute between you and pkr beta that cannot be resolved informally through our support team should first be submitted to our formal complaints process. Details of the complaints process are available from our support team. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to resolve them within 14 working days.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
